The Advisor's Master Script
ADVISOR CONTEXT: The goal of Meeting 1 is to make the client feel like you are the only person who actually understands them. Do not open a laptop. Do not show a chart. If they ask about returns, say: "I can't tell you the speed of the car until I know where we are driving."
Step 1: The Frame "Most people start with 'What should I buy?' but I prefer to start with 'Who is this for?' Can we spend today just talking about your life and keep the numbers for next time?" "ज्यादातर लोग पूछते हैं 'क्या खरीदना चाहिए?' लेकिन मैं पूछता हूँ 'यह किसके लिए है?' क्या हम आज सिर्फ आपकी लाइफ के बारे में बात कर सकते हैं और नंबरों को अगली बार के लिए रख सकते हैं?"

Step 3: The 'Tuesday' Test "Forget retirement. If you had enough wealth right now, what would you do with your time next Tuesday at 10:00 AM?" "रिटायरमेंट को भूल जाइए। अगर आपके पास अभी पर्याप्त पैसा हो, तो आप अगले मंगलवार सुबह 10 बजे अपने समय का क्या करेंगे?"
ADVISOR CONTEXT: Now you pivot to being the "Doctor." You must show them that their current path has holes in it. You are introducing Inflation and Risk as the enemies they must fight.
Step 1: The Inflation Gap "You mentioned needing ₹1 Lakh/month. At 6% inflation, in 12 years, you'll need ₹2 Lakhs just to buy the same milk and bread. How does your current savings handle this doubling of costs?" Step 2: The Risk Gap "If the market drops 30% next year, do we stop your 'Perfect Tuesday' travel plans, or do we have a bucket of safe money to pull from?" "अगर अगले साल मार्केट 30% गिर जाता है, तो क्या हम आपके घूमने के प्लान बंद कर देंगे, या हमारे पास 'सेफ मनी' का कोई अलग हिस्सा होगा?"
ADVISOR CONTEXT: Present the 2-page plan. Page 1: "Where you are + Your Tuesday Dream." Page 2: "The 3 moves to fix the gaps." This is the only time you discuss products.
Step 1: The Alignment "Here is the plan. Page 1 confirms your goal of [Goal]. Page 2 shows the 3 specific moves—like [Product]—to solve the inflation gap we found. Does this feel right?"
